- We will be forming a WhatsApp group of all the participants
- The program is for 7 days
- Final Day is Nov 16, 2025. Live Event at Jio World Convention BKC, Mumbai.
Each day you will need to commit 20 minutes for completing the task that will be assigned to you
2 live group coaching sessions with Coach Radhika and 4 challenges on WhatsApp. Further details will be shared in the exclusive WhatsApp group.
- Every day, a task or a challenge will be assigned to you on the Future of India Inc 2025 WhatsApp group.
- You need to complete the task and submit on the group.
- Your submission will be reviewed by a mentor and a personalised response will be given to you on the same group.
- The task or challenges are designed such that it helps you identify your strengths, your blindspots and the gaps for your leadership journey.
- You will be assigned a mentor
- Your mentor will be senior leader from the CXO Incubator Community
- You will get to check or clarify your doubts regarding the assessment you had taken
- The time limit for the speed mentoring will be 15 mins max.
2 live group coaching sessions with Coach Radhika
- Once you register for the program, you will be added to a whatsapp group with all participants
- You will also be assigned mentors
- For first 3 days, you will be assigned a challenge on the WhatsApp group.
- The first 7 days of the program shall be conducted online.
- The last day, i.e., Nov 16, will be the offline live event at Jio World Convention Center.
- You will be given assignment for the first 4 days
- Day 5 and Day 6- is assigned for your speed mentoring
